When this is the right next step

When a standard checkout does not fit the sale, the website can still do much of the evaluation work. We structure product information and request details so the sales team receives a clearer brief.

What we can deliver

The proposal defines the exact inclusions for your requirement.

  • Product categories, search, filters and specification structures.
  • Product selection and quote baskets where appropriate.
  • Enquiry fields for quantity, options, artwork or application needs.
  • Customer logins, product access and customer-specific pricing where scoped.
  • Quotation documents and staff-review workflows.
  • Compatible supplier, stock, freight or CRM connections where required.

How we approach the work

We map how the business quotes today, including exceptions that need staff judgement. A phased build can start with catalogue discovery and structured requests, adding customer access or pricing logic when requirements are clear.

Who this suits

Manufacturers, importers, distributors, printers, custom-product businesses and B2B sellers whose final price depends on the requirement.

What shapes the scope

Catalogue size, pricing rules, product options, customer access, integrations and quote approval determine complexity. Data quality and supplier interfaces are checked before automation is promised.

Connect this with the next step

Connect the catalogue with SEO and useful product content for discovery. Use CRM and follow-up workflows to track quote requests through to decisions.

Discuss your requirement

Share your business, current website or process and the change you want to make. We will review the brief before recommending a scope.

Frequently asked questions

Do buyers have to pay online?

No. The agreed journey can end in a quote request or a generated quotation for staff or customer review. Payment is included only when it suits the operating model.

Can we show different products or rates to different customers?

That can be scoped through customer access and pricing rules. We first define who can see each product and rate, and how changes will be maintained.

Can the portal use supplier stock or prices?

Where a suitable interface and authorised access exist. We also define what happens when data is unavailable or needs staff confirmation.
